(B) GST-menin (GST-F3, 0.5 µg) was incubated with a Y-structure probe, in the presence of increasing concentrations (0, 0.036, 0.071, 0.143, and 0.286 µM) of each of the following DNA structures: dsDNA, Y-structures, branched structures, and 4-way structure for gelshift assays.
