Probit regression analysis relating the NAb titers determined in the MT4 cell assay and protection from SHIVDH12 infection. Titers for different levels of protection for 21 macaques were determined from probit model estimates and profile likelihood was used to construct 95% confidence intervals as described in Materials and Methods and in the Appendix.
