IN (50 nM) was incubated in presence of donor and acceptor DNA and increasing amounts of RAL. Reaction was then processed as described in material and methods. A typical gel is shown if Figure 6A. Inhibition curves are shown if Figure 6B and are the result of at least three independent experiments. Heterointegration corresponds to densitometry of the FSI and FSI+HIS bands (see products indicated in Figure 6A). A Student Test was used to derive P value. * p value <0.05 considered statistically significant.
