The Level × Hemisphere interaction for conjunction errors modulated by the spatial frequency attended in the prime. Following attention to low spatial frequencies (LSFs), there was an increased rate of conjunction errors to local targets presented in the left visual field (LVF)/right hemisphere (RH) and no reliable hemispheric difference in conjunction errors for global targets. Conversely, following attention to high spatial frequencies (HSFs), there was an increased rate of conjunction errors to global targets presented in the right visual field (RVF)/left hemisphere (LH) and no reliable hemispheric difference for local targets. Error bars reflect standard errors of the mean.
