Targeting trajectory for the loop movement in dogfish M₄ lactate dehydrogenase. The open loop 95–115 from the apo structure (PDB code 6LDH) has been targeted to its closed ternary complex structure (PDB code 1LDM), keeping residues 95 and 115 fixed. Targeting was performed on all ϕ,ψ angles between ${\psi }_{95}$ and ${\varphi }_{101}$ inclusive, and targets were achieved.
