B, The long and brief current responses were fitted simultaneously for each agonist as described in Materials and Methods (see also Erreger et al., 2005a). Only the binding, unbinding and desensitization rates were allowed to vary. The fitted rate constants are presented in Table 3. Scheme 1a was able to describe the main features of the macroscopic current response.
