Alterations in splenic levels of TNF-α in young (3-months-old) or aged (24-months-old) rats at 4 h after normal saline (Sham) or LPS (LPS) injection treated with normal IgG (IgG) or Fas-L neutralizing antibodies (Fas-L Ab).
