Monocyte count calculated as a mean percent ± SEM of the mean count in the vehicle plus tap water group at necropsy after 14 days of vehicle AMB or AdvAMB and oral dosing plus 8-day access to either DSS (clear bars) or water (dashed bars). Percent monocyte count was significantly increased in the vehicle plus DSS treated rats compared to the vehicle plus tap water group.
