Inhibitory activity of HP-OVA against HIV-1-mediated cell-cell fusion. Inhibition of fusion between CHO-WT cells (A) or calcein-labeled HIV-1IIIB infected H9 (H9/HIV-1IIIB) cells (B) and MT-2 cells was assessed by a dye transfer assay as described in Materials and Methods.
