(A) BHK-21 cells were transfected with each of the constructs described in Fig. 3A, fixed at 48 h, and stained with mouse anti-CD4 MAb RPA-T4 (goat FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG as the secondary antibody) and rabbit anti-PDI Pab (goat rhodamine-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody) under an SP5 confocal laser-scanning microscope.
