Synthesis of rhodamine labelled dextran conjugates of 2'-O-methyl oligoribonucleotide. During conjugation, different equivalents of oligoribonucleotides were used to couple with dextran to yield Rhdextran-(as-2'OMelin-4)1 or Rhdextran-(as-2'OMelin-4)4.
