Plasma (A, B) and releasates from platelets (C, D) activated with 500 µM PAR-4 and 100 nM PMA were isolated from mice injected subcutaneously with LNCaP-C4-2 (C42, black columns) or PBS (Control, white columns). A species-specific array for human proteins was used to determine the concentrations of tumor-derived cytokines; represented as mean values ± SEM.
