AC8 KO mice show deficits in TDPA. WT (n = 10) and AC8 KO (n = 8) mice, at the age of 2–3 months, were trained by TDPA everyday (from day 1 to day 5). The trained mice were tested 24 h after each training (from day 2 to day 6). The crossover latency was recorded. A, AC8 KO mice showed slower learning than WT mice, as indicated by the lower crossover latency on testing days 2–5. All values are average ± SEM. B, The percentage of mice reaching the cutoff value was lower for AC8 KO mice.
