Evaluations of solution structure content are based on CD spectra given in Figure 4(A,B). Structure content in the crystal structure was averaged from the eight chains in the unit cell.10 Average standard deviations for the fractional structure content derived from CD spectra was: ±2.4% for helix, ±1.0% for beta structure, ±1.5% for turns, and ±1.4% for disordered regions.
