The PCR cycle threshold for NBCn1 or GAPDH was determined and fitted to the standard curve made from a serial dilution of NBCn1 and GAPDH templates. NBCn1 was then normalized to GAPDH (P = 0.03, n = 3 for each). B: immunoblot of hippocampal lysates.
