Constitutively active MAPK kinase 6 (CAMKK6) stimulates p38 MAPK activity and Mrp2 translocation. HuH-7 cells were transfected with either 1 μg empty vector (EV) or CAMKK6, and cells transfected with EV were treated with 100 μM CPT-cAMP (cAMP) for 15 min followed by determination of p38 activity and Mrp2 translocation.
