Lack of association between interferon (IFN)–γ responses to bromohydrin pyrophosphate (BrHPP) and the size of the reaction to the tuberculin skin test (TST) in 85 household contacts of patients with tuberculosis. IFN-γ response to phosphoantigens was correlated with the size of the TST response.
