Counts of effective lateral/medial microelectrodes at S1 and S2 spinal levels from 22 cats, presented as a percentage of all lateral/medial microelectrodes at that level. An ‘effective’ electrode was defined as being able to induce an initial and mean intravesical pressure (IVP) increase ≥10 mmHg, or a mean EUS pressure (EUSP) decrease ≥45 mmHg, or micturition after the withdrawal of the transurethral catheter.
