Effect of HIF-1α or HEF1 silencing on genes up-regulated by hypoxia. LS174T cells transfected with non-targeting HIF-1α, or HEF1 siRNA were exposed to normoxia or hypoxia for 12 hrs and then analyzed by RT-qPCR for changes in hypoxia-inducible gene expression.
