CD47−/− murine PMNs exhibit increased PMN transmigration. Purified murine bone marrow-derived PMNs isolated from C57BL/6 wild-type, or CD47−/− mice were incubated with 125 ng/ml MALP-2 for 15 min at 37°C, and then induced to migrate across acellular collagen-coated filters in the presence of an fNLP gradient.
