IFNγR−/− chimeric mice and their WT controls were treated with rAAV2 vectors as described in Figure 1. Day 3 post OT-1 transfer liver mRNA was harvested and measured for H2-K^b expression in WT → IFNγR −/− chimeras (A) and IFNγR −/− → WT chimeras (B). Markers of ER-stress, caspase-12 (C, D) and CHOP (E, F), were also measured in each chimera.
