RNA was isolated from: MCF-10F (normallike stage), trMCF (transformed stage), bsMCF (invasive stage) and the tumor caMCFs cells (caMCF1, caMCF2, caMCF3 and caMCF4). RNAs were isolated from each cell line in three independent experiments and the quantitative real time PCR was made in duplicated for each sample-primer-probe The results represent the means ± standard errors. The statistically significant variations compared with MCF-10F are indicated (*) (p≤0.05).
