Compound 46 does not induce apoptosis in non-cancerous human cells. Normal Human Fibroblasts (NHFs) and Non-cancerous peripheral blood mononuclear cells (ncPBMC) were treated with compound 46 and stained with Hoechst as described in materials and methods.
