Inhibitory effect of PZ on LPS-mediated NF-κB activation in RAW 264 cells. Cells were incubated in the presence of LPS (100 ng/ml) for 24 h at 37°C under a 5% CO₂ and 95% air atmosphere. PZ (100 µM) was added 6 h before the addition of LPS. Nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 as an index of NF-κB activation was analyzed by western blotting, quantified densitometrically as described in Materials and Methods, and expressed as relative density to control cells.
