Numbers were calculated from the mean numbers of foci per cell at 2, 4, and 8 h after exposure (Fig. 1D). All P values were calculated from mean of number of γH2AX, 53BP1, and colocalized foci from three time points (2, 4, and 8 h) using a Student t test with the assumption that there was unequal variance.
