Fold differences detected by RT2-PCR are correlated to fold differences detected by microarray analysis for selected genes in each population. RT2-PCR was performed on four known AHR-regulated genes in each population, and the fold difference between vehicle and TCDD exposure at 6 h was compared with fold differences detected by microarray. Only genes showing a significant treatment (p ≤ 0.05) effect by RT2-PCR analysis are compared.
