The pair-wise profiles of pre-and post-operative sera are grouped according to early Dukes' (A, B) or advanced Dukes' (C1, C2) stage. The m/z and level of significance (student's t-test) for discrimination between pre-operative and normal sera is shown for each peak profile in A, B and C.
