GOAL input interface. The GUI is divided into four sections: GO analysis, TF-gene analysis, KEGG pathways analysis, and the GOAL server. The first three sections are further divided into subsections, where the user can specify the input parameters, the list of gene identifiers, which specify the group of genes of interest and the background data. Users have an option to input their own list of reference. The executable button is located at left bottom of the interface.
