The effect of cyclosporin A on the production of interleukin-17 in vitro. Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (1×106 cells/ml) from BD patients with active uveitis and normal controls were stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies in the presence of different concentrations of CsA for 72 h. The IL-17 level in the supernatant was detected using ELISA analysis. Data are the means±SD of triplicate samples.
