The effect of cyclosporin A on the production of interferon-γ in vitro. Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (1×106 cells/ml) from BD patients with active uveitis and normal controls were stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies in the presence of different concentrations of CsA for 72 h. IFN-γ production in the supernatant was detected using ELISA analysis. Data are the means±SD of triplicate samples.
