Association between days of acetaminophen use during pregnancy and current wheeze at age 5 years stratified by common polymorphism in the GSTP1 gene. The interaction between any prenatal acetaminophen use and the presence of a G allele (AG or GG) in the GSTP1 (A105G) polymorphism on wheeze at age 5 was statistically significant (p=0.009) in fully adjusted analyses.
