Overexpression of RopB restores SpeB expression in the CvfA− mutant. (A) Western blot analysis to detect SpeB in S. pyogenes strains containing a plasmid that overexpresses RopB (pRopB-HA) or in S. pyogenes strains without the plasmid. The wild-type (WT) S. pyogenes strain (HSC5spc) and CvfA− mutant strain (ΩCvfA strain) were used.
