FIG. 3.

Binding of TprA protein to TapA and TapB proteins. (A and B) Binding of TprA and TapB. (A) rTprA (0 to 1.0 μg) was mixed with rTapB-His (0.5 μg) and was subjected to affinity purification (AP) by the use of Ni beads. The resulting samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblot analysis with anti-TprA. (B) rTapB-His (0 to 1.0 μg) was mixed with rTprA (0.5 μg) and was immunopurified (IP) using protein G agarose with anti-TprA. The resulting samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblot analysis with anti-TapB. (C and D) Binding of TprA and TapA. (C) rTprA (0 to 1.0 μg) was mixed with rTapA-His (0.5 μg) and was subjected to affinity purification using Ni beads. The resulting samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblot analysis with anti-TprA. (D) rTapA-His (0 to 1.0 μg) was mixed with rTprA (0.5 μg) and was immunopurified using protein G agarose with anti-TprA. The resulting samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblot analysis with anti-TapA.
