Cellular and viral protein accumulation in siRNA-treated cells. 293T cells were transfected (or mock transfected) with siRNA sequences targeting the indicated cellular polypeptides. At 72 h post transfection the cells were infected (or mock infected where indicated) with PR8 virus at a multiplicity of infection of 5 for 24 h before further analysis.
