A, KO mice treated with anti IL-7 or saline were injected with BrdU i.p. daily between day 2 and day 5 p.i. Splenocytes were harvested at day 6 and day 14 p.i. and analyzed for BrdU labeled CD8+ T cells as stated in Materials and Methods . b–c, Data are presented as absolute number (B) or percentage (C) of BrdU labeled of CD8+ T cells. The data depicted represents one of two experiments with similar results. Each group in the experiment had at least 3 mice.
