Splenocytes from BrdU injected anti IL-7 or saline treated mice KO were harvested at day 6 and day 14 p.i. Surface and intracellular staining was performed as described in Materials and Methods . a–c, Data are presented as histograms depicting the percentage of CD44^hi (A), IFN-γ (B) and Ki-67 (C) expression in BrdU⁺ and BrdU⁻ CD8⁺ T cells.
