WT and KO mice treated with anti IL-7 antibody or saline were infected per-orally with 10 cysts of T. gondii. A, Survival was monitored on a daily basis and statistical significance was calculated by Mantel-Cox Test. B, Parasite burden was measured in liver, lung, spleen and gut by quantitative PCR at day14 post-infection. Differential parasite burden in each tissue is statistically significant. The experiment was repeated twice with similar results and the data depicted is representative of one of two experiments with 4–6 mice per group.
