Absence of SAP abolishes the response to a TD antigen and reduces the increased response to the TI-II antigen in B6.Sle1b mice. 2 month old B6.sap-/- and B6.Sle1b. sap-/- mice (groups of 5) were immunized as in Fig. 2.
