Me and Ac represent a methylation or acetylation of the histone tails. (B) To view these data, the DNA is depicted in a linear state, and here it is annotated with colors matching the above features. (C) A possible depiction of the view of these data as tracks from the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC, CA, USA) Genome Browser. Each track demonstrates how these data may look given the region depicted in the cartoon. There is currently no better visualization of chromatin looping data, so the enhancer interaction would not be visible.
