Performance of HQ, mean packing <P>, mean pairwise energy <Ec>, gVSL2 and Poodle-W in discriminating natively unfolded proteins from folded ones in the set A (Prilusky et al. [26]). Sensitivity (Sn), specificity (Sp,), rate of false positives (fp) and the area under curve (AUC) are defined in Methods. Mean packing threshold is fixed at 20.55 and mean pairwise energy threshold is fixed at -0.37 a.e.u.
