(a) DLS of M.EcoR124INT at a concentration of 5 μM at 10 °C. A hydrodynamic radius of 5 nm with a polydispersity of 0.87 nm (7.4%) was obtained. (b) SE of M.EcoR124INT. Shown is an example fit from data collected at 8500 rpm (using a Beckman Coulter An50 Ti analytical rotor), scanned at 276 nm (after 21 h), at a concentration of 5 μM at 10 °C. The data were fitted to a single ideal species model and yielded an apparent Mr of 162,100. The top panel shows the residual error between the fitted and experimental values.
