Enzymatic activity of SOD and APX in aged NT and CA seeds during germination. Aged NT and CA seeds were incubated in an MS medium for 8 d in an incubator maintained at 25 °C with a 16/8 h day/night cycle. The enzymatic activities of SOD (A) and APX (B) in aged NT and CA seeds were analysed by native polyacrylamide gel assays.
