Each dataset contains genotype data for 659 SNPs in 1,400 subjects. Each subject received a score based on his/her genotypes, and the numbers in the third column indicate the significance of the difference of the average score for subjects in the two compared groups. Numbers in bold represent differences that are significant at the 0.01 level.
