Test cases for the evaluation of the regression model assuming fixed reactant concentration in a 200nm × 200nm area. We fixed the concentration of reactants as 0.1 as in the experiments used to derive the regression model and randomly selected the other parameter values from their parameter ranges: CI (0 – 0.35), B(0.1 – 0.9), M(0.6 – 1.4ns), D(3.9 – 43.9 ×10−11m2s−1).
