Curcumin ameliorates αS-induced morphological changes in SH-SY5Y cells evaluated by fluorescence microscopy. After 48 hr incubation, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, stained with Hoechst 33342 (5 mg/mL) and analyzed using a Nikon TE300 fluorescence microscope.
