Increasing concentrations of MSL2 versions were incubated with radiolabeled dsRNA of DBF12-L15 and protein–RNA complexes were separated from unbound RNA in non-denaturing agarose gels. A representative example of MSL2-ΔCXC binding to dsRNA is shown.
