Analysis of expression profiles of anthocyanin genes in Arabidopsis seedlings grown in both MS medium and nitrogen-free MS medium using real-time PCR. The cDNA templates are listed as follows: 1, the wild type; 2, tt7 mutant; 3, MdF3′HI transgenic line; 4, MdF3′HIIb transgenic line.
