Wild-type, AtHSBP-knockout (Athsbp-1 and -2), AtHSBP-overexpression (AtHSBP-ox1 and -ox2), and AtHSP101-knockout (Athsp101) lines were assayed for basal and acquired thermotolerance during seed germination, hypocotyl elongation, and seedling survival.
