Specific detection of tomato chocolate spot virus (ToCSV) by RT–PCR with primer pair ToCSV1 and ToCSV4. Total RNA extracts were prepared from leaf tissue of tomato plants infected with ToCSV, tomato apex necrosis virus (ToANV) and tomato torrado virus (ToTV).
