More diverse selections by WFA and SNPSpD in larger genes. Percent agreement of WFA to SNPSpD is shown as a function of quintile of gene sizes (1 for smallest genes and 5 for largest genes). The gene size quintile had a significantly negative effect on the percent agreement in both populations (p = 0.047 for European-descent and p<0.001 for African-descent) suggesting that the WFA selections contained a greater proportion of unique SNPs (i.e., not selected by SNPSpD) in larger genes.
